Alex Merrifield, who has been ComNet's Chief Financial Officer for a number of years, has been named President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Alex's career with ComNet began in 1987, as an accountant. During his tenure with ComNet, Alex has fulfilled many roles outside the accounting area. His promotion is a result of his knowledge of the industry and his strong leadership skills. Bill Bielmyer Jr. joined ComNet in 1991 and is the Vice President for the Southeast regional office in Jacksonville, FL. Bill started his career with ComNet as a Project Manager and has developed extensive knowledge of ComNet's operations. Most recently, Bill held the position of Vice President-Business Development. His efforts have played an instrumental role in ComNet's success as an organization.

Norma Nelson joined ComNet's former parent company, Comstock Group, Inc., in 1987 and was promoted to Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary in 1993. Norma has extensive knowledge and experience in hiring, training, career management, employee benefits, insurance and 401(k) plans.

Glenn Wagner came to ComNet in December, 1997 as a Regional Sales Manager, and in 2001 Glenn was promoted to Division Manager. His comprehensive knowledge of telecommunications project management, his dedication to the Company and his determination to bring projects in on time, within budget and with a high level of customer satisfaction, have all contributed to Glenn's promotion to Vice President of ComNet.

Jim Phillips began his career in the telecommunications industry in 1982 and has been in project implementation and project management since 1987. In 1995, Jim became a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD). Jim was promoted to Vice President of ComNet in 2004, after having risen through the ranks as Senior Project Manager, Field Operations Manager and Operations Manager and Estimator.

Diane Lopes' extensive experience in accounting, taxes, finance and various information systems has taken her from Accounting Manager in 1998 to Chief Financial Officer in 2004. Diane's promotion is a result of her understanding of the intricacies of tax law and accounting issues related to a multi-divisional organization, and her exceptional work ethic and dedication to the Company, make Diane's contributions invaluable.

Peter Gouveia began his career in the telecommunications industry in 1992 while working for a global distribution partner. From there he worked for a Fortune 100 company as a consultant and then a manager, implementing structured cabling solutions on a national level. In 2001, Peter joined ComNet as a Sales Executive tasked with increasing ComNet's visibility with the Telecommunications industry. After 12 years of continued success, Peter was promoted to Vice President - Business Development, and will managing ComNet's national accounts group.
